From what age can all the attractions be used?
Each attraction has requirements of minimum height for.
Are there cash machines?
There are cash machines at the main entrance and in Batán Metro station
Are credit cards accepted?
Yes. All services at the Amusement Park (food, tickets, etc) can be paid for by card
Are there baby carriages?
The Madrid Amusement Park has Baby Cars for transporting very young children.
Are there special services for babies?
The Amusement Park has baby-changers in all the ladies’ toilets. We do not have a crèche or sell baby food.
Is the car park monitored?
No. Nevertheless, the Municipal Police always have several patrols in the Casa de Campo
How much does parking cost?
Parking is completely free for both cars and buses.
Is there more than one entrance?
The Amusement Park has two entrances: Batán, at 50 metres from the Metro station of the same name and the main entrance.
How do I get there by car?
The Amusement Park is in the Casa de Campo, which is accessed by the Carretera de Extremadura (N-V) or exit from the M-30 direction Badajoz exit Parque de Atracciones / Casa de Campo.
And by public transport?
Metro (station Batán – Line 10) exit Parque de Atracciones, leaves you 50 metres from the Park. Buses: Line 33 Príncipe Pio – Casa de Campo. Line 65 Benavente – Gran Capitán
What does the ticket include?
We have two kinds of ticket: The General Ticket for persons taller than 1.40 metres. The Reduced TIcket is for persons between 1 and 1.40 metres. It permits unlimited use of all the mechanical attractions except The Walking Dead Experience.
Can I book or buy tickets in advance?
Reservations for groups of at least 20 may be made by calling 902877603. Individual visitors may acquire their tickets in advance at the Amusement Park online sales facility.
Do those under 1 m tall have to pay?
They do not pay and may ride in attractions of family type, always accompanied by an adult.
How much do over-60s pay?
Persons over 60 are eligible for the Senior Ticket: 18,30 €.
Are there special tariffs for large families?
Yes. Large families may claim a discount of 15% on the adult’s and children’s bracelets by presenting their “Familia Numerosa” accreditation.
Can I bring food from home?
The Park has a wide and varied offer of places to eat, though there are marked areas for visitors who bring their own food.
Is there a first-aid kit?
The Madrid Amusement Park has a nursing assistant (ATS).
Is entry for animals permitted?
No. The only exception is for guide dogs for the blind.
May I enter and leave the Park as often as I wish?
Yes. You may leave and enter whenever you wish.
How do I buy tickets online?
This is very simple: you need only follow the instructions you will find at the Amusement Park online sales section, and once you have concluded your purchase, you will receive your tickets at the email address you have supplied to us. Print these out, and you will not need to wait in the queue at the Ticket Office: you simply show them at the turnstiles and just enjoy your visit to the Madrid Amusement Park. Tickets are valid throughout the season: please consult the calendar of opening.
