The Walking Dead Experience Rules
Rules for accessing The Walking Dead Experience
The booking will grant the visitor 10 minute access to the experience, beginning from the time marked on the ticket. We would recommend respecting the timetables, to ensure entry to the experience.
Groups must by 6 people or less, and they must all be members of the same nuclear family.
Masks must be worn correctly at all times, covering the nose and mouth. Violating this rule may lead to your removal from the experience.
It is compulsory to disinfect your hands with sanitiser gel, which will be located at the entrance to the experience. We would recommend also disinfecting your hands when you leave the show.
Once inside, it is important that you DO NOT TOUCH the scenery or the actors, under any circumstances. Do not run, stop, separate from your group or go back. You should never leave the marked route.
Do not turn on any lighting or electronic elements, take photos or make any full or partial recordings during the experience.
Always follow the rules as indicated by staff at the experience.
Do not eat, drink and/or smoke during the experience. You may not enter with any food, drink or other large objects that could be hazardous to the actors or other visitors
Recommended age is 10 and upwards.
If a visitor needs to leave the facilities at any point, our employees will escort them to the nearest exit.
Park staff reserve the right to refuse entry. Furthermore, violation of any of the aforementioned rules may lead to a group being removed from the experience.
